All Bodies Reformer  MUMS & BUBS session is a great and safe first step to returning to exercise while strengthening the pelvic floor, deep abdominal and pelvic muscles, helping you to recover following birth and to regain your fitness and pre-pregnancy strength. The Program runs on sets dates.

Safe classes for pregnancy and instructors who can guide you through modifications to suit changing body. Child minding is included for Free in this program.
Private sessions Designed for Women who are 0-5 months postpartum.

HIIT Fit session, cardio also known as high-intensity interval training, is a form of cardiovascular exercise that alternates short bursts of intense activity with periods of rest or low-intensity recovery. Oh My Glutes is Lower Body workout designed to slim your waist, and build that lower body. This quick workout will hit the legs and butt, increasing muscle tone and definition, as well as improving shape by lifting and rounding the glutes.

Triple Treat Workout: Tone Your Abs, Butt, & Thighs.
The name says it all!! this class focuses on your lower body as well as your core.
The focus for this session is on the most common requested body parts. Shape, tone, tighten the abdominals, buttocks and thighs. Feel the burn as we go into more depth with these muscle groups to ensure we have not only targeted but also challenged you every step of the way.
An effective workout that aims to tone and sculpt your entire core.
