ABR Terms and Condition As a member of All Bodies Reformer Pilates, you are entitled during the membership term to use the club facilities. Membership at All Bodies Pilates is conditional upon the member agreeing to all the terms and conditions set out below and any amendments in the future. By completing the application form and signing below, the Member agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions outlined below. Please read carefully before signing. If you need anything clarified, please ask one of our team members and they will be happy to help you.

General Member Information.
Member Obligations – The Member agrees to pay all fees payable under your membership agreement and any other fees for products or services you agree to purchase from time to time. The Member must always comply with all rules and regulations of the studio. The Member must advise the studio immediately if during the term of your membership you believe that there is a risk to your health by participating in any of the activities offered under your membership. The Member is responsible in ensuring all monies payable to All Bodies Pilates are available from the nominated bank account on the scheduled direct debit payment day.
Failed Payments – The Member acknowledges that if a Direct Debit Payment fails or defaults this will result in a default fee ($10), which will be automatically deducted from the Members nominated bank account on the next scheduled direct debit payment day.
Periodic Debits – If your membership is paid by periodic debits, this is an ongoing contract, which will continue in force until terminated by you or the Club in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Where automatic debit arrangements are in place, fees will continue to be debited until an emailed for “notice to cancel membership” has been received. This will then commence the process of terminating this contract.
10 Pack sessions:
10 Class Passes are valid for 3 months from purchase date. Sessions are non- refundable, are not transferable and can be extended if you are injured, in which case we will request a medical certificate. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested before the expiry date.
20 Pack sessions:
20 Class Passes are valid for 6 months from purchase date. Sessions are non- refundable, are not transferable and can be extended if you are injured, in which case we will request a medical certificate. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested before the expiry date. Sessions are not transferrable to another individual and cannot be used by another person. If someone other than the person booked into the class arrives to use the session, they will be asked to create an account and purchase their own sessions. All purchases made at All Bodies Reformer (includes all memberships, services and products) are Non-refundable or transferable.
Membership suspension
1. At least 1-week written notice is required for membership pauses/suspensions. This ensures that the correct measures are put in place to cease credit card payments that are scheduled for the given period.
 2. Suspensions are available with a minimum of 2-week suspensions. You must hold a membership for 6 weeks prior to suspending. Please email requests to info@allbodiesreformer.com.au . Do not text or message requests via social media. 
3. A membership can be suspended for a maximum of 6 weeks at any one time. The membership will then return to active, and auto-pays will continue.
Membership Termination Information
1. All Bodies Reformer requires at least 30 Days written notice from the next direct debit to terminate a week-to-week membership with no minimum term. Please email request to info@allbodiesreformer.com.au .Cancellation requests cannot be made during a membership suspension/hold. 
2. All membership agreements with a minimum term will automatically renew at the end of each term for a further term of the same term (is. 3, 6 months) unless either party gives the other written notice of termination at least 30 days prior to the end of the relevant term. 
3.  In the case of long term or permanent injury or illness that prevents the use of our services, immediate membership termination will be permitted. Termination will take effect from the date we receive written confirmation from a medical doctor. No refunds will be provided for any services unused. 4. All Bodies Reformer may terminate a membership without notice for inappropriate, offensive or illegal behaviour, as determined by us, which occurs on our premises or is directed at our staff or other members. No refunds will be provided for any services unused. Future autopay debits will be terminated for Memberships.
Membership Cancellation within Minimum Term

6 month minimum term membership: If you cancel your membership after the cooling-off period you should pay rest of the agreement, but prior to the end of the Minimum Payment Term as outlined on your Membership Agreement, you must provide 30 days written notice (this notice period is to be charged at your regular direct debit instalment rate) by sending an email to info@allbodiesreformer.com.au

month to month membership : if you cancel your membership after cooling-off period (one week) you must provide 30 days notice ( this notice period is to be charged at your regular direst debit instalment rate) by sending an email to info@allbodiesreformer.com.au .
 CLASS cancellation Policy
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for other members and our instructors, we ask that you give us at least 9 hours notice if you need to cancel a class. A last-minute cancellation or no show means a missed opportunity for other members who may have wanted to sign up for the class. No-shows and absences will forfeit that session. ALL MEMBERSHIPS will incur a $10 No Show/Cancellation fee for all classes they are absent for/cancel within 9 hours.
All cancelations must be done through the app (not via social media, texting or calling) So that members on the wait list can be notified and can take that spot through the app. Ensure your notifications are set to email by default and text too. You must confirm your status from wait list to class list Once you have been pushed up.
Remove yourself from the wait list if you know you won’t be able to make it to the class, it helps other members to access the class list sooner.

A failure to attend your class (No-show) or to cancel your booking within 9 hours of the class starting, will result in either loss of the class from your pack or you are being charged for the class.

MembershipTermination: Incapacity – The Member may terminate their agreement or membership, if the member sustains a permanent illness and/or disability In this circumstance, a Medical Certificate must be provided to the Club detailing the extent of the injury and/or disability and indicating the preclusion of attending to Pilates studio. For the termination to take effect, the member must give thirty (30) days written notice to the studio by completing an Application for Membership Cancellation Form and pay an administration fee of seventy-five ($75).

Personal Belongings – ABR Pilates takes no responsibility for your personal belongings. You are responsible for your own belongings whilst at ABR club premises; this includes the car park and its surroundings.
Release and Indemnity you indemnify ABR Pilates its directors, officers, employees, members, contractors, representatives and assigns against all losses if incurred and all liabilities if incurred; and all costs actually payable by ABR Pilates, its directors, officers, employees, members, contractors, representatives and assigns to its own legal representatives (whether or not under a costs agreement) and other expenses incurred in connection with a demand, action, arbitration or other proceeding (including mediation, compromise, out of court settlement or appeal), arising directly or indirectly as a result of or in connection with your express or implied obligations under this membership agreement. You release ABR Pilates, its directors, officers, employees, members, contractors, representatives and assigns for or by reason or in respect of any breach or alleged breach of its obligations under this membership agreement any professional liability, negligence or general liability. ABR Pilates reserves the right to alter, suspend or cancel opening hours, class times, facilities, equipment, pricing or any of their products or services offered or provided at their sole discretion and without notice.
